Frequently Asked Questions

This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?

That’s completely okay! Most of my clients feel the same way. I’ll guide you through the entire process, from planning outfits and choosing a location to natural posing during your session. You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do, just come ready to be yourself and enjoy the experience.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Travel within 30 min of Kansas City is included in all sessions. For locations outside that range, a small travel fee may apply. I’ll always let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises.

How long does it take to get our photos?

You can expect to receive your fully edited gallery within 2–3 weeks for portrait sessions. Weddings and larger events may take a bit longer. I always aim to deliver your images as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Can you recommend any good locations?

Absolutely! I’m happy to suggest locations based on the look you’re going for, whether that’s open fields, urban settings, greenery, or something more intimate. I’ll help you choose a spot that fits your style, season, and session type.
